Sunflower Cleaning provides residential cleaning services throughout Broward County and selected areas of Palm Beach County.
Broward County: Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderdale-by-the-sea, Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Miramar, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sunrise, Tamarac, Weston, and Wilton Manors.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes! We offer flexible cleaning schedules to fit your needs:
Weekly Cleaning: Once a week.
Biweekly Cleaning: Every two weeks.
Monthly Cleaning: A single cleaning without a recurring commitment.

What's included in a standard house cleaning?
Our Standard cleaning service covers the main living areas of your home, including:
Bathrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, countertops, showers and bathtubs;
Cleaning mirror and accessible bathroom surfaces;
Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Kitchen: Cleaning countertops, sinks, and accessible surfaces;
Cleaning the inside of the microwave; Wiping cabinet and drawer exteriors.
Cleaning the exterior of appliances; Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Bedrooms and living areas: Dusting accessible furniture, tables, shelves, picture frames, and decorative items;
Cleaning mirrors and accessible surfaces; Vacuuming Carpets and rugs;
Vacuuming and mopping hard floors as appropriate.
Throughout the home: Dusting accessible ceiling fans; Light dusting of baseboards;
General surface dusting; Emptying trash bins and replacing liners when available.
Detailed baseboard scrubbing, inside cabinets and drawers, inside ovens and refrigerators, and other cleaning tasks are not automatically included in standard cleaning.
These services may require additional time or a deep cleaning appointment.
Our services are scheduled based on the cleaning time reserved. If you have specific priorities, please let us know in advance.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our team brings the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your services.
We kindly ask clients to provide paper towels and a large trash bags. If you would like us to replace the liners in smaller trash bins, please leave your preferred liners available. Otherwise, our team can use the liners we have on hand.
If you prefer that we use your own cleaning products, please let us know in advance. We are happy to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
Please note that cleaning results and efficiency may vary depending on products provided, especially when stronger cleaning solutions are needed for heavy buildup or stubborn stains.
Can I request additional cleaning services?
Absolutely! You can request additional services such as inside refrigerator cleaning, inside oven cleaning, detailed baseboard cleaning, or other specific cleaning or extra times.
We recommend requesting additional services before your appointment so we can estimate the time required and confirm availability.
Requests made during the cleaning appointment may also be accommodated, depending on our team's schedule and the additional time available.
Additional services may involve extra charges.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a charge equal to the full schedule cleaning price.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Is Sunflower Cleaning Insured?
Yes. Sunflower Cleaning carries general liability insurance as part of our commitment to providing professional and responsible residential cleaning services.
