House Cleaning

General Services:​

• Wet-wipe doors, door frames, door knobs, and light switch plates

• Wet-wipe ceiling fans (if accessible), hanging light fixtures, and vents

• Vacuum, edge, and groom carpeting

• Dust and wet-wipe all furniture

• Dust items on furniture and lampshades

• Vacuum and wash all hard surface floors

• Clean mirrors, picture frame glass, and other glass surfaces

• Change bed linens upon request

Kitchen:

• Wipe and sanitize countertops and backsplashes

• Clean stovetop surface

• Wipe exterior of appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.)

• Clean inside and outside of microwave

• Wipe cabinet exteriors (spot cleaning)

• Scrub and shine kitchen sink and fixtures

Bathrooms:

• Scrub and disinfect sinks, showers, bathtubs, and fixtures

• Clean interior and exterior of toilets

• Wipe and sanitize countertops and vanities

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Mop and disinfect floors

• Inside Refrigerador: $50

• Inside Oven $30

• Sliding doors $10 each

• Inside Cabinets (request quote)

Extra Hour $45

Number of cleaners: one, two or three girls. Depending of availability.

5 Hours of services is = (5 Hours with ONE cleaner) = (2.5 Hours with TWO cleaners) = (1Hour and 40Minutes with THREE cleaners).

We supply all cleaning products (Clients provides a roll of paper towels and trash bags)

 

NOT VALID for Post-Construction or Post-Renovation. Moving In/Out cleaning extra:
